In short

What is stored in your browser

The site remembers your lab progress (for example the levels you passed, the choices you made, the hints you opened) and your sound settings in your browser's local storage (localStorage), on your own device. This data is not sent to our server and we cannot access it.

How to delete it: click the icon at the left of the address bar, choose Site settings, then Clear data (button names differ between browsers), or open the site in a private (incognito) window, which your browser clears when you close it. After deleting, your progress starts over.

Python labs

The Python labs that will be added to this site run entirely in your browser. The code you type never leaves your device.

Hosting provider

The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, time and the page requested) for security and operations. See Google's Privacy Policy.

The “AorCode Uploader” Google API app

This app is used only by the channel owner, to upload and manage videos on the AorCode YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API. It does not collect or store data from viewers or visitors of this site. OAuth tokens stay on the channel owner's computer.

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
